Aura Cloud Tao is operated by AuraCloud Consulting LLC, a limited liability company organized in Colorado, United States, with its address at 126 Daphne Way, Broomfield, CO 80020, United States. By accessing or using this website, or by purchasing any service or product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Our Services

We offer hand-written Fulu (talismans), filmed altar rituals, Qi Men Dun Jia readings, Feng Shui consultations, and related spiritual products. Our services are provided for educational, cultural, and entertainment purposes, expressed in the cultural and ritual language of traditional Taoist temple practice.

Our services and products are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed professional. No specific outcome, benefit, or result is promised or guaranteed. Experiences and results vary from person to person.

3. Bookings & Payment

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or by email before payment. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Wise. Payment is due before your ritual begins. Once payment is received, your order enters the ritual queue and is performed by Master Ding.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your ritual begins. Personalized, consecrated items are final sale once the ritual is filmed with your name, because they are made only for you and cannot be resold. Physical items damaged or defective in transit are replaced or refunded within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

5. Shipping

Rituals are performed within 3–5 business days of booking, and you receive your ceremony video before shipment. Orders ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL, typically arriving within 5–12 business days. 6. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the website lawfully. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services or products. We may decline or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, ritual materials, and video — is owned by or licensed to AuraCloud Consulting LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraCloud Consulting LLC, its members, and Master Ding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broomfield, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
